To minimise our impact on the environment, our products are sourced locally and are made using sustainable materials where possible. All of our textile products are manufactured using 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton and all paper products are produced domestically using 100% recycled paper and cardboard. We ship our products in fully biodegradable packaging. All CO2 emissions from (international) transport are offset by our shipping provider.

We aim to process all orders within one business day. Typically, domestic orders are delivered the next day. Estimated shipping times and costs for international orders are calculated at checkout.

Items can be returned within fourteen days of purchase, provided the items are unused. Refunds are processed within fourteen days after your return shipment reaches our warehouse. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. To reduce waste, we advise you to return items in their original packaging.
